The Albanian Orphan & Family Fund was formally established in June 2000 and has since helped over five hundred children and families in various regions including Kavaja, Durresi, Albasan, and Librazhda. Mirroring the work Small Kindness is doing in other poverty stricken areas, activities in Albania include the registration of orphans and their needs, distribution of food and non-food essentials and regular cash payments on a bi-monthly basis.
