Basim's Family - We can't just sit and watch

Our office in Iraq has sent us the heartrending story of the Basim family. The family currently live in a one room house in Baghdad. Mr. Basim, a hardworking and honest bus driver who was previously the sole means of support for the family, was callously murdered by one of the many groups of ruthless militiamen known to operate throughout the war torn country.

He is survived by six children and his wife who, lacking in education, is unable to find employment. The family is entirely reliant on the $60 a month in aid that Small Kindness provides. Your generous donations can help to improve the basic living conditions of families like the Basim’s, and countless others who currently live in desperate circumstances in Iraq.
